Meet Our Team
Paul Williams D.C. - Owner
I graduated as a doctor of chiropractic in 1997 at Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU) in Bloomington, Mn. Since then I have owned 12 clinics and coached more than 50 doctors. I also have actively participated in NWHSU’s community based internship program giving me the opportunity to mentor more than 60 chiropractic students.
My passion is people and health. I love teaching it and living it. In the past 17 years my clinics have treated over a half million people. As a result, I have been fortunate enough to be a part of watching thousands of lives get out of pain and get healthy. I believe a combination of right nutrition, exercise, low stress, and an optimally functioning nervous system is the key to optimum health.
I also believe in having the right balance in life…God, family, health, and work. It’s not exactly easy, but having the right balance keeps me on the continuum of success and happiness. I share this philosophy wherever I go, hoping it will help others along the way.
More than anything, I want to serve people. This is my calling. Whether it’s volunteering at church, helping in the community, or giving late night lectures on nutrition and health I’m looking for ways to give back and help people. It’s always a great day knowing I was able to help someone.
O.K. now a little more information about me personally…
I was born in Salzburg, Austria. I’ve lived in 11 different states. I have a Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point. I have four amazing kids whom I spend a majority of my free time with. I enjoy riding my Harley Davidson with my beautiful wife. I travel as often as I am able with my family. My summer activities also include camping and fishing. In winter, I dabble in ice fishing, downhill skiing, and board games by the fire.
Enough about me. Come visit our clinic and let us get to know you.
Jon Toftoy D.C. - Chiropractor
I grew up on a farm just outside Chicago and in 2003 graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL with a bachelor's degree in Economics. After full time travel as a management consultant I was unhappy and unhealthy and made the decision to change both my lifestyle and my career. I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2010. I have since worked as a private doctor for professional athletes and weekend warriors of all ages. I love treating kids and look forward to helping your whole family achieve their health goals!
I began racing bicycles in chiropractic school and found it to be a great way to feed my competitive nature. I continued to race nationally and internationally at a professional level but now prefer pedaling around the neighborhood with my two toddler boys. In the winter you'll find us nordic skiing at Elm Creek Park and in the summer we're either watching the Chicago Cubs play baseball or running around the t-ball diamond ourselves. I am excited to meet you!
Kristine Williams - CFO
I am so fortunate to have found health in my life after being diagnosed with cancer. My story starts when I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma after going into the doctor’s office with back pain. This diagnosis took me down the medical route of chemotherapy, dozens of CAT scans and many drugs. It wasn’t until my weight had dropped to 110lbs, I was constantly sick and weak from the chemotherapy drugs and my hair started falling out that I knew I had to find another way. I knew I was going to die if I continued down this medical paradigm for treating cancer.
Against the oncologist’s advice, against my family and friends’ advice, against the fear of the unknown, I stopped all my cancer treatment. I began my own journey of discovery for health. It was hundreds of hours on the internet, dozens of books on health, and many hours speaking with natural paths, chiropractors, holistic M.D.’s, and dentists, that I journeyed. Now 15 years later, I am still here. The oncologist at Mayo Clinic gave me a year to live. Well, here I am alive, happy, and healthier than ever before.
I am so passionate about health. I found true health to be a balance of right eating, right nutrition, right exercise, right relationships, stress reduction, a nervous system working at 100%, family, and God. This is what I strive to balance in my life and in the clinic.
Since about 2007 I have managed very busy chiropractic offices. I have done just about everything you can imagine except treat. I love what I do. This is my story and I would very much like to meet you.
Josh Masera - General Manager
I have grown up around the alternative medicine lifestyle, with my mother being diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and beating it the natural way alternative medicine has always intrigued me. Stem Cells have come so far in the last decade and it has been so exciting to be able to offer them at our clinic. Helping people has and will always be our #1 goal here.
I have been in the service for close to 10 years now, have loved every second of it, and was able to carry what I learned there into my forever profession. When I am not at the office, I love spending time with my beautiful Labs, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Landon Williams - Front End Lead
My whole life I have been surrounded by chiropractic care, my father is a chiropractor and I grew up spending a lot of time in his clinics. Naturally, being around so many of my father’s clinics and alternative medicine, I have always had a desire to help patients through chiropractic. I also get the opportunity to translate in Spanish during procedures and consults for anybody that can only speak Spanish. When I started school I went to a Spanish Immersion school, so from kindergarten until high school most of my classes were in Spanish. Outside of work I love to be outside, play ultimate frisbee, camping, and running.
Kaylee Roche - Chiropractic Assistant
All my life I have been very active. I’ve played sports all my life, specifically softball and volleyball, I travel as often as possible, and I’ve just very recently finished my Business and Marketing Education degree with a focus in non-profit industries from the University of Minnesota. Growing up, I had always had constant back pain and headaches which was extremely detrimental to my young athletic career, as well as my overall health. After one visit to a chiropractor, I learned that I had minor scoliosis, a straight neck, and my hips were pushed forward. I am convinced that if I didn’t get proper treatment with constant adjustments and physical therapy that I wouldn’t have had such a long-lasting and successful career in sports.
Since then, maintaining my health and remaining active has always been a priority of mine. With that passion, I decided once I graduated from the U that I would do what I possibly can to help those who have chronic pain and physical disabilities. I feel like I am in the perfect place now that will allow me to expand my understanding of alternative options that will truly help individuals who need it most.

Dylan Morgan - Intern
Anne Dahlheimer - Massage Therapist
Massage therapy, for me, was a way I could help my friends and family feel better. I was drawn to learning about our bodies and thought that could be helpful in my own life as well. It has become more than that for me. I love meeting new people and now I get to help people feel like better versions of themselves. I graduated from the Minnesota school of business for massage therapy in 2006. Massage truly feels natural to me. I have always been drawn to the medical aspects that massage has to offer people...and relaxing a bit feels wonderful too. I have worked in many settings as a massage therapist but I feel best working alongside chiropractors and other therapists who, as a team, really help each other to help their clients. A smile on your face is what I like to see.
Outside of work I spend most of my time with my 2 children. Other than that I just enjoy being with friends and people who make me smile.
Tyler Sis - Rehab Specialist
My name is Tyler Sis, I was born and raised in Brooklyn Park which is still where I currently live. As I was growing up, I was always involved in sports so taking care of my body was very important. Once I graduated high school, I decided to attend Augsburg College where I was able to continue to play football for 4 years. My senior year I was voted captain of the Augsburg Football team by my teammates which was a very humbling experience. In 2015 I graduated from Augsburg with a degree in exercise science and a minor in business administration. These degrees helped me get my foot in the door with the fitness industry, where I worked as a personal training manager for two years. After learning the ropes of the fitness industry, I decided to take a more clinical approach to further help my patients with their overall health, which led me to The Movement. In my spare time I enjoy playing sports and watching Netflix, but my favorite way to pass time is cooking and trying new recipes.
